Measuring Training Impact & ROI

HRM-LND-0035 daysEnglish or Arabic

Overview

Senior managers increasingly ask what training has actually changed. Too often, the only evidence is attendance figures and end-of-course feedback forms, which say little about whether people work differently or whether results improve. As budgets come under pressure, learning and development teams need credible ways to show the value of their programmes and to decide which ones deserve continued investment.

This course gives a practical, step-by-step method for measuring training impact and return on investment. Participants learn to set measurable objectives before a programme, design tools to assess learning and behaviour change, isolate the effects of training and convert results into monetary value. They finish by preparing clear reports and dashboards that help decision-makers judge, improve and fund training.

Who should attend

Training and development managers, L&D specialists, HR business partners, training coordinators in government entities, and managers who approve training budgets.

Training methodology

Interactive presentations, practical exercises, case studies, group discussions, role-plays where relevant, and a personal action plan that participants apply in their own work.
