Social Protection Programme Management
Overview
Social protection programmes help poor and vulnerable households cope with shocks and build better lives. This course covers the design and management of cash transfers and other social assistance: targeting, registration, payments, grievance handling, monitoring and links to services and employment.

Social affairs ministry staff, social protection programme managers, social workers, and partner organisations.
